ROAD TRIP!!
Well, we actually got away on a Saturday for the first time in ages! We decided to go to the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum in Springfield for the day. We had so much fun seeing the museum. We ate lunch at Subway and had an ice cream break at the Cold Stone Creamery. The Old Capital building was open so we went in to see it and we also toured the Lincoln Herndon Law Offices where Lincoln practiced law. We walked over to the new Capital, but it was closed that day. All in all it was a very exciting day!!
