We've had a busy couple of weeks. Our Awana Carnival was Wednesday night and it was lots of fun for everyone. My kids love to dress up. Griffin wanted to be a bat (his favorite animal lately) and we found a really cute costume. Dawson likes penguins and so I made him a penguin suit. The Wizard of Oz is one of Reagan's favorite movies so she just had to be Dorothy, and I couldn't find a Dorothy dress anywhere, so I had to make that too and I think it turned out pretty cute! She loves to wear her "Doe-flee" dress. Friday night we had our annual "Trunks of Treats" in the church parking lot. Our theme was The South Pole. We had tons of fun especially since it was nice and warm this year. (Last year we froze to death!) And afterwards we went to our friends, the Jones' house for a bonfire and hot dog roast and a scavenger hunt for the kids. And now we're exhausted and getting ready for election day!!
